Advanced Laser takes great pride in the development of products utilizing our new product introduction (NPI) process. Our team will review every aspect of the manufacturing process from Purchase Order receipt, to delivery, to the customer to ensure that our customers receive the utmost value from every process in the chain.

OUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

The process begins with our engineering and design teams reviewing the project and collaborating with you, the customer, to ensure that the design intent is met. Our team will actively work with you to ensure the product is optimized for manufacturing while not sacrificing any of the fit, form, or function of your design.

After design review, the project is reviewed by our supply chain team to ensure we have the right partners in place for raw and purchases components. By utilizing risk-based supply chain management, we are able to balance cost with performance to ensure that we have the quality products we demand for our customers. Our team continually monitors the health of our supply chain, and has regular contact with all of our partners to ensure our expectations are aligned.

By utilizing in-house technology, AL is able to provide low-cost, short lead time prototypes to our customers. Having a physical part allows our customers to evaluate fit, form, and function, and allows for easy collaboration on any improvement or modifications that arise.
